Licensing Terms
Every design at Aiyannas Pixel Studio is hand drawn by me, so these terms are here to protect my work and to make it clear what you can create with it. By downloading my files, you agree to the terms below. If you're ever unsure, just ask.

Why licences are priced this way
My designs are hand drawn, not mass produced, and a single design can bring in sales again and again once it's on a product. Commercial, POD, corporate and global licences are priced to reflect the value the artwork brings to your business, so the more you sell and the further your brand reaches, the higher the licence tier you'll need.
Commercial licence prices
| Tier | Finished products covered (per clip art set) | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial 1,000 | Up to 1,000 | £45 |
| Commercial 5,000 | Up to 5,000 | £95 |
| Commercial Unlimited | No limit | £195 |
POD licence prices
| Tier | Sales covered (per clip art set) | Price |
|---|---|---|
| POD 1,000 | Up to 1,000 sales | £65 |
| POD 5,000 | Up to 5,000 sales | £125 |
| POD Unlimited | No limit | £245 |
Corporate and global licence prices

Commercial and POD licences are bought separately from your clip art. To get one, email me at Aiyannaspixelstudio@outlook.com with the sets and the tier you'd like, and I'll get you sorted. Corporate and global licences are arranged by email so that I can confirm exactly what you need and provide a written agreement. Want to cover every design in my shop on a commercial or POD licence? Personal use (included)
Personal use means anything you make for yourself, your family or your friends that isn't sold. For example:
- Mugs, tumblers, T-shirts and tote bags for yourself or as gifts
- Party decorations, invitations and banners for your own event
- Scrapbooks, planners, journals and cards
- Home décor and wall art for your own space
- Sharing a finished craft on social media, as long as you're not selling it
You can use the designs for as many personal projects as you like.
Small business use (included)
Every order also includes a small business licence, so you can make and sell finished physical products using my designs. This is ideal for crafters and independent makers. It covers:
- Selling handmade physical products such as mugs, tumblers, tees, tote bags, cards, stickers you've printed yourself and other crafted items
- Up to 250 finished products per clip art set. The limit counts products you sell, not how many times you use the file
- Using the artwork in listing photos and mockups to show the products you make
Once you reach the limit for a clip art set, you'll need a commercial licence to keep selling products made with it.
Commercial licence
The commercial licence is for larger businesses and higher volume sellers who need to go beyond the small business limit. It covers finished physical products made and sold by your business, up to the limit of the tier you choose (see prices above). Each licence covers one clip art set and one business.
POD licence
The POD licence is only for print on demand businesses, where a third party prints and ships your products to customers. If you sell on a POD platform, you need this licence and not the standard small business one. On top of the terms below:
- Your customers must not be able to edit, move, recolour or add to the artwork
- The artwork must be part of a finished product, and never offered as a downloadable file
- Only the licence holder may upload my artwork to a POD platform or store
- Sales are counted across all POD platforms and stores you use
Corporate licence
The corporate licence is for corporate companies, agencies, retailers and organisations that want to use my artwork across their brand and marketing in one country or region, such as the UK. It's a one-off purchase per clip art set for one company and one brand, with no expiry. It covers:
- An unlimited number of finished products, including merchandise, gifts and retail displays
- Advertising and marketing, including print, online and social media
- Packaging, presentations, websites and internal company materials
- Use by the employees of the company that holds the licence
A few things to know:
- Agencies and freelancers working for a client need the licence in the client's name
- Exclusive rights, custom artwork and using the designs inside apps or digital products aren't included but can be arranged. Get in touch for a quote
- A written licence and an invoice are available on request
Global licence
The global licence is for global companies and international brands that want to use my artwork around the world. It's a one-off purchase per clip art set for one corporate group, with no expiry. On top of everything in the corporate licence, it covers:
- Worldwide use, in every country and region
- Multiple brands, subsidiaries and regional offices within the same corporate group
- Advertising and marketing in all media, including print, online, social, outdoor, video and broadcast
- Translation and localisation of campaigns that use the artwork
A few things to know:
- A written licence agreement and an invoice come with every global licence
- Agencies working for the group may use the artwork for the group's projects only
- Exclusive rights, custom artwork and using the designs inside apps or digital products aren't included but can be arranged. Get in touch for a quote
What you can't do (with any licence)
- Resell, share, give away or redistribute the original files, or edited versions of them
- Use the artwork to create clip art, sticker packs, digital paper, SVG cut files, templates or any other digital products
- Claim the artwork as your own, or say you drew it
- Remove, crop, cover up or edit my signature
- Use my designs as part of a logo, trademark or registered brand
- Upload the files to shareable design libraries, template platforms or file sharing sites
- Use the artwork to train AI models or feed it into AI tools
- Use the designs on anything unlawful, hateful or misleading
You're welcome to upload my files to Cricut Design Space or similar software to make your own products. Just please don't make them public or shareable with other users.
The small print
- Ownership: I keep the copyright to all of my artwork. Your licence lets you use it, and it doesn't transfer ownership.
- Signature: Every design is signed Aiyannas Pixel Studio, and it stays on the artwork because of the amount of digital art theft online. Thank you for understanding.
- Credit: You don't need to credit me, but a tag or a mention is always very much appreciated.
- Proof of licence: Your order confirmation is your proof of licence, so please keep it safe.
- One business per licence: Licences belong to the person or business that bought them and can't be transferred or shared.
- Watermarks: The files you download are watermark free.
- Breaking these terms: If these terms aren't followed, your licence ends and I may take action to protect my work. You can read exactly what happens in my FAQ.
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
